It’s important to understand that computers failing is not considered the exception. Computers failing in the cloud is the norm, it’s expected, it’s OK, and that changes how software is developed.
Cloud native software must be able to deal with computers failing at any time. The effect has been to make software much more flexible and reliable.
Siri is even dumber than Alexa, so that wouldn’t be a win.
Once you have data in the cloud, there’s no end of clever features that can made.
