Now
Here’s what has my attention at the moment.
Work
I’m focused on making my leadership real and visible: leading cross-team work, leaving a clear evidence trail, and building the judgment to help teams ship without heroics. Alongside that, I’m building something AI-native—a small, useful tool aimed at a problem from my own week, using it myself before it ever meets an audience. The goal this season is less “launch” and more “prove I can do one unglamorous thing for ninety straight days.”
Body
I’m running a slow, deliberate recomposition—training a few times a week, hitting protein, and treating environment and defaults as the strategy rather than willpower.
Home
I’m protecting unhurried time with my wife and son. This is the thing I’m least willing to trade.
Reading and learning
I’m staying deep in where AI is actually heading, and reading outside it to keep some perspective.
Deliberately not doing
No new productivity apps—the system isn’t the tool. I’m not chasing a promotion timeline; I’m building the skill instead. Long-form public writing is parked as “play” until later this year, so it gets no guilt and no metrics until then.
